- Confirm. You're signed out and your account is deleted.
On the web
- Sign in at on.thecallboard.app.
- Open Account and choose Delete account.
Can't sign in? Email support@thecallboard.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
If you're the only owner of an organization, make someone else an owner (or delete the organization) first, so its productions aren't left without anyone in charge.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, email address, pronouns, photos, bio, website and social links
- Your mobile number, text and notification settings, and the phones registered for notifications
- Your place in every organization and production, your upcoming calls and your conflicts
- Your private script notes, your direct messages, your blocks and your calendar feeds
- Any child account with no login of its own that you were the only parent or guardian for
What a production keeps
Some records belong to the production rather than to you, so it keeps them after your account is deleted, with your name and role still on them: that you were in the company (and in which role), casting, past calls and attendance, reports, files you added, shared script notes, messages you posted in a show's group chat, and the history of changes. That lets a company look back on who was in its shows. Only your name and role are kept with them, never your email, phone number, photos or bio, and only the people in that production can see them. Text message delivery records are kept only as long as needed to run and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
