Text message reminders
Last updated October 6, 2026
theCallboard can text cast and crew about rehearsal calls they're scheduled for. Texts are optional. Nobody gets them unless they sign up for them on their own account, and anyone can stop them at any time.
What you'll receive
Program name: theCallboard rehearsal texts.
Reminders before rehearsal calls you're scheduled for, and notices when one of your calls changes or is cancelled. A stage manager or production manager sends these from theCallboard. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies with your rehearsal schedule. During a busy rehearsal period, expect a few texts a week. Message and data rates may apply.
